Come out every Wednesday night from 6:30-7:30pm and join Coach Holly for an hour of YOGA! Holly is a certified Power Yoga Canada instructor and gears our practice towards CrossFitters and Athletes who need to get their bodies loosened up and moving. Mobility and Yoga is a huge part of fitness and recovery and can be a great tool to help improve your mental strength. Come find your breath and stretch out your hips – try out a class and get your YOGA on!

The importance of having a coach with experience is exponential in your personal and physically growth in CrossFit. It is important to gain knowledge from trainers who have gone through personal growth and education in the Sport of Fitness. We at CrossFit Select pride ourselves on what we do in and out of the gym to bring as much knowledge to you the members for your journey on the road to fitness.
