Come out every Wednesday night from 6:30-7:30pm and join Coach Holly for an hour of YOGA! Holly is a certified Power Yoga Canada instructor and gears our practice towards CrossFitters and Athletes who need to get their bodies loosened up and moving. Mobility and Yoga is a huge part of fitness and recovery and can be a great tool to help improve your mental strength. Come find your breath and stretch out your hips – try out a class and get your YOGA on!

It is important to gain knowledge from trainers who have gone through personal growth and education in the Sport of Fitness.
