We are excited to announce aswell that our very own Dr. Kayti Bates ( @kaytibb ) will be running mobility classes starting next Wednesday (November 4) 7:30pm-9pm. The first session will be 1.5hrs where she will spend extra time talking about the importance of mobility. There will be no open gym at this time.
The following weeks will be 7:30-8:30pm Wednesdays and we will try to run open gym at the same time. #crossftselect #mississauga

Hey guys we are excited to have jackson ( @jacksonrozario )coming to CrossFit Select to start helping out with the fundamentals of gymnastics. Keep posted to find out when he will coaching. His first class is tomorrow @6am! “My name is Jackson and I am a national level gymnast aspiring to make team Canada in the near future. Currently I train twenty-five hours a week as well as go to Humber full time.
I am in the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Humber which will turn into a Kinesiology degree over at Guelph-Humber. I started coaching gymnastics at fourteen part-time; starting with kids ages four to seven and then decided to take on the adults in addition to the “youngins”. I’m excited to take on CrossFit Select in helping improve specific gymnastics strength and technique. The best part of coaching for me is recognizing people’s weaknesses and improving upon them. Look forward to working with you all.”
