We are a few days away from the Lift off! I want to see some more names signed up this week! Everyone has been training hard the past couple of months and it is a great time to test your lifting! We want to see you push yourself to your limits, so don’t be nervous or doubting what you might lift in comparison to someone else. Lifting is individual everyone is different, just come and try to best your lift 5 Lbs!
This Saturday October 29th there will be no 10am WOD class.
