Friday: Regular
Saturday: 10/11
Sunday: 10/11
Monday: Open gym 10-12. Try and sign up in advance so the trainers know how many athletes are coming and can accommodate appropriately!

At home workout idea..
20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 Burpees, with 100m shuttle run BETWEEN every round, aka. starts with 20 burpees, and finishes with 2 burpees = BRUTAL
