We offer 6 WOD classes (work out of the day) Monday through Friday, along with 2 classes both Saturday and Sunday. Each class is 1hr in length and consists of a warm up, skill or strength and a workout.
CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, preformed at high intensity…therefore no workout is the same, and you’ll never get bored! We have baseline workouts that help you test your fitness and progress, but variety is the key to fitness success!
We offer Competitive, Regular and Recreational options for each workout, allowing the workout of the day to be tailored to the individual.
