**DECEMBER 31st – You can come to Seasons Beatings and choose to do only 1 of the 3 workouts, if you are NOT interested in taking part in the 2018 rep workout.** No drop ins or beginner members on Boxing Day or Seasons Beatings. We thank you in advance for understanding!

Thank you to everyone who came out for our Holiday party on Friday night. We had a blast with you all! Cheers to everyone and a safe, happy and healthy holiday season, to you and your families!

Workouts November 27 – December 3rd….


Please note, there will be no RPT on Saturday December 2nd.

Sunday, December 3rd, we will be running the CrossFit Lift Off throughout the morning. 10-11 will be the strength portion, and from 11 – 12 will be the workout. Cheers!

DECEMBER 8th – Holiday party and class update!


Reminder: Our Holiday Party is happening at the gym on Friday, December 8th, at 8:00pm.
We are doing POTLUCK STYLE, so bring your favourite holiday dish to share with your fitness family. There is a sign up at the gym!
We will have great lighting, good music, games, delicious food…how can you say no? If you already have plans, cancel them, we want you there!

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL BE CANCELLING OUR 6:00pm CLASS on Friday, December 8th due to the Christmas party starting at 8:00pm.

We will be running open gym from 3:00 – 5:00pm, and 1 class from 5:00 – 6:00pm. We thank you in advance for understanding, and can’t wait to chat, drink, eat and be merry with you – the whole night!
