Q: Where do I start?
Welcome to CrossFit Select! First things first, your first class is on us! Shoot us an e-mail at info@crossfitselect or send us an inquiry. In the e-mail/inquiry, let us know about YOU and your fitness background, and tell us about your availability. We’ll set you up with one of our classes that works best for you and you can come try out how amazing CrossFit Select is firsthand!
Q: Whats your program like for new members?
Our introductory program for new members is top notch! We offer an intro package of $155+ hst for the month. This package includes 5 personal training sessions (a value of over $350), where you get to work one on one with one of our amazing trainers to go over the fundamental movements in CrossFit. During these sessions, we break down our class structure and go over what can be expected at CrossFit Select! We also get to assess your fitness level, go over your goals and learn about any injuries or limitations you might have when it comes to working out. Once you’ve completed your 5 personal sessions, you have the rest of the month to complete unlimited classes. This allows you to experience the classes first hand, meet our passionate and fun community and figure out which time slots of classes work best with your busy schedule!
Q: Do I sign up on Zenplanner in advance?
Zenplanner is arranged for our full-time, regular members. After your first class, one of the trainers will create a personal account for YOU on Zenplanner and show you around the website! At this time, simply send us an e-mail or inquiry to let us know you want to try us out and we’ll start communicating from there!
Q: How do I cancel a class?
Cancelling classes is in the hands of the members. You can do so on your online profile. There is a 9hr window to do so before the class. Groupon class will count even if not attended. .
Q: What should I do before my first class?
Please show up 10-15 mins before your first class to fill out any forms. Be prepared with water, workout gear and running shoes. Make sure you are fuelled and Hydrated.
Q: How does payment work? What if I’m going on vacation?
All payments will be done on debit or credit cards(online) and will be set up to automatic withdraw on the 1st or 15th for easy tracking and payment. No contracts for any time period Please email us with any time off you may be taking and we will happy put your membership on hold. *minimum of 14 day hold. This does not apply to Groupon or intro offers
Q: What is SugarWod?
SugarWod is an amazing application that tracks all of our programming and workouts that we do together at CrossFit Select. It’s one of the many little perks that the gym offers it’s members. Weekly, the workouts get posted and you can look over the leaderboard to see how other’s did in the daily workout, lift or skill and also keep track of your daily progress!
