Welcome to Mississauga’s CrossFit Select’s Personal Training page. We offer you personalized programming and one-on-one coaching to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you are just getting back into working out, want to lean out, put on muscle, or just learn the lifting movements one-on-one…we come up with training sessions tailored perfectly to you! The hours are flexible and the sessions are one hour in length.

We offer 6 WOD classes (work out of the day) Monday through Friday, along with 2 classes both Saturday and Sunday. Each class is 1hr in length and consists of a warm up, skill or strength and a workout.
CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, preformed at high intensity…therefore no workout is the same, and you’ll never get bored! We have baseline workouts that help you test your fitness and progress, but variety is the key to fitness success!
We offer Competitive, Regular and Recreational options for each workout, allowing the workout of the day to be tailored to the individual.
Regional Prep Training is offered at CrossFit Select on Saturdays from 11am to 1pm. This 2 hour class is for athletes looking to get into a more competitive atmosphere. Jamie Nugent who has been coaching Regional level athletes and teams since 2012, runs the 2 hour class. Movements are more advanced and the classes are action packed with heavy lifts and high-skilled gymnastics. It’s slightly more volume then our regular classes and we ask that you have a 6 month experience before signing up.
